Emma had a great smiling and welcome everyone with a hug. I admire Emma she was a strong independent woman and she show me that you can raise your children on your own and do it with style. When my mom and I would go to Home Depot , we would look for her to say hello and enjoy talking with her . We will miss her smile and fun loving spirit.

Emma taught me how to sell, she taught me how to work. Even though I'm not in retail anymore I know I wouldn't be the insurance agent I am today had it not been for her laying the foundation of my sales career. We had a rocky start to our friendship, but in the end she always has a big hug and a smile for me that i was glad to return. She talked about how proud she was of her family all the time. Even after she left Home Depot she would come in and talk to me about everyone. I was worried when I decided to leave and pursue my dreams of owning my own book of business, as fate would have it Mrs Emma came shopping a couple days before my last shift. She told me how proud she was of me for finishing school, she told me how happy she was for me being happy. After I told her of my plans to leave HD and start my own agency she smiled and told me she believed I could do it and be successful. Thank you Emma for all your help, and all your encouragement.

Emma was a wonderful lady, loved her family and made friends feel like family. She was kind and will be missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing her. God bless your family and may the healing power of love and devotion help your loving children, grandchildren and great grandchildren be there for one another in this time of mourning. With our deep sympathy and condolences, from my family, Norma Jean and Michael Aleman, and the Leon Aleman family.

I met Emma at Home Depot she worked for me in appliances as a part time associate. She was funny and always smiled at me. She was hardworking and quick to point out if something was wrong with signs or pricing. She took pride in her job and was outspoken. I appreciated her bluntness and hard work ethics. She will be missed by a lot of people. RIP Emma!!
