Emma Reyes Fuentes, age 87, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016. She was born in Floresville, Texas on October 28, 1928 to David and Fedela Reyes. She retired from Kelly Field after more than 20 years, enjoyed vacations and travel every year, and a devoted member of El Divino Salvador Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Tom Fuentes. She is survived by her sons, Tom and wife Rachael and Tony and wife Linda ; three grandchildren: Tom Jason and wife Michele Fuentes, Jennifer Marie Fuentes and Tony Angelo Fuentes; great-grandchildren: Sydney, Abigail, and Sabrina Fuentes, and Jacob Martinez; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be under the direction of Sunset Northwest Funeral Home at 6321 Bandera Road. Public viewing will be Monday April 25, 2016, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM., with a prayer service at 7:00 PM. Tuesday, April 26, A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 AM. with interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery # 3
