Erika was born in Chapeltique, San Miguel, El Salvador to Pedro Antonio and Angel Maria Zelaya de Gonzalez on February 25, 1993.
Erika loved creating memories with her sons. She went above and beyond to make every moment in their lives special and memorable, no matter how big or small. She enjoyed spending time watching K-dramas, going to the beach, and had big dreams to travel and see the world. She will be remembered as a loving mother, sister, daughter, Tia, and friend.
Erika is preceded in death by her brother, Erik Antonio Gonzalez.
Erika is survived by her sons Jatniel and Adriel; her siblings, Irene Esmeralda Gonzalez de Marquez, Neris del Rosario Zelaya de Morales, Jimmy E. Gonzalez; her parents Pedro Antonio Gonzalez and Angel Maria Zelaya de Gonzalez.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Gonzalez, Duban Marquez, Juan Carlos Marquez, Francisco Iglesias, Yiovanny Cañas, Jeovany Peralta.
Visitation and funeral services will be 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Sunset Memorial Park and Funeral Home with Ernesto and Maleli Perez of Iglesia Cristiana Visión De Dios officiating.
A burial will take place following day at 10:30 am Sunday, October 4, 2026 at Sunset Memorial Park and Funeral Home.
