Ernest A. "Ernie" Esquivel, age 81, of San Antonio, died Thursday, January 13, 2011. Mr. Esquivel graduated from Jefferson High School and St. Mary's University. He served his country in the U.S. Army in the Korean Conflict.
Ernie was associated with Frost Brothers, Men's World, in the clothing industry. Most recently Mr. Esquivel was involved in the home health care. He was a member of The Little Flower Men's Club.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Anastasio and Celestina Esquivel; brother-in-law, Louis A. DeWitt. Survivors: loving wife of 46 years, Yolanda R. Esquivel; sister, Mary DeWitt; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
A very special thanks is sent to the Chandler Health Center and Alamo Hospice of San Antonio.
Visitation will begin Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. at Porter Loring.
