
Preceded in death by his parents, John and Susy Perez; brothers, Crescencio Perez Black Bear and Roger Perez; and sister, M. A. Averitt.
Survived by his loving wife, Sylvia V. Perez and children, Georgia Gonzalez Victor, Julia Martinez Roger, Julian Martinez Laura, Frankie Martinez Jessica, John Ernest Perez, John Ernest Perez Beverly, Benjamin Perez, Rick Perez Letty, Belinda Siller, Rosalinda Perez, and Susie Ann Ralph Coy; Uncle Jimmie Perez; and twenty grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He served in the Army during WWII. He was the lead of the Military Police Guard to General Douglas McArthur. His service to the U.S. was in the South Pacific Theater.
He was also a truck driver who drove continually for 51 years, approximately 6 million miles. He was a man of much wisdom and nothing was too difficult for him - that is how he came to be "The Judge".
He touched many people with his love, compassion and love for life itself, he pressed forward spreading the Word of God to all those he came across.
'I have fought a good fight, I have finished thy course, I have kept my faith' 2 Timothy 4:7.
