Ernest was a nice person, he had a lot of friends from all the school's he attended back in the day's, the last school he attended was Brackenridge High School. As of his last current occupation he was working at the Grand Hyatt he loved it there...He was also a singer and a bass player for his family made band "ONDA CALIENTE". He was a very well known man he also had plenty of fan's. They've performed plenty of place's including the Market Square, SA Live, The Rodeo & etc... He was such a great person to have in our lives.
He loved music with a passion he would dance all the time like there was no tomorrow, he was so out going & had a bright soul, He always had everybody laughing, & always made everybody happy, that's something we will never forget.
He's gone but he will never be forgotten.
He will truly always be loved & missed by plenty...
He is survived by his parents, Guadalupe Cortez & Ernesto Cortez ; children Evalyn A Cortez, Ernest C Cortez, Deven Cortez; grandchildren, Zayla & Ivan; brothers and sisters, Fernando Cortez, Emelda Cortez, Jeff Cortez, Ariel cortez & many more nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
