Ernie was a man who treasured his family and the time he shared with those he loved. Some of his most meaningful moments were spent going to church with his family and making cherished memories with his beloved daughter, Serenity Love Rojas. His daughter held a special place in his heart, and the time they shared together will forever be treasured.
Ernie is lovingly survived by his parents, Alicia Maldonado and Victor Maldonado; his daughter, Serenity Love Rojas; his siblings, Carlos Herrera and Andrea Rojas Molina; and his extended family and many loved ones.
He also leaves to cherish his memory his brother-in-law, Rudy Molina; his beloved nieces, nephews; Novalie Molina, Nathan Molina, Nicholas Molina, and sister-in-law; Maribel Fuentes, his aunts and uncles; Rosie Luna, Yolanda Rangel, and Frank Villanueva.
Ernie is reunited in heaven with his father, Ernesto F. Rojas.
Though his earthly journey has come to an end, the love he shared and the memories he created will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His devotion to his family, his love for his daughter, and the moments they shared together will be cherished for generations to come.
May Ernesto “Ernie” H. Rojas Jr. rest peacefully in eternal life, and may his family find comfort in the beautiful memories he leaves behind.
Visitation for Ernie will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, located at 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237, on August 31, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.
A Chapel Service will follow the same day at 10:00am.
Following the chapel service, friends and family are kindly asked to meet directly at Eastview Cemetery, located at 3550 Roland Road, San Antonio, TX 78210, for the burial.
We kindly ask family and friends to please meet at the cemetery following the conclusion of the chapel service.
