She was a wonderful wife and mother, and an extraordinary grandmother. She always had a beautiful smile and was very thoughtful and caring of others. She loved cooking for her family and friends. Her Patron Saint was St. Jude.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Raul H. Lopez; son, Raul "Ronnie" Lopez.
She is survived by her daughter, Anna M. Davis and husband Marvin of San Antonio; sister, Refugia Cuca G. Maldonado of Eagle Pass; grandchildren, Matthew K. Davis, Lisa Lopez Garza, and Kandice Lopez; great-grandchildren, Jon-Isaac, Jaysin, Mariah, and Jaslyn; daughter-in-law, Brenda J. Lopez; niece, Stella Lopez Spicer; and many close nieces and nephews.
The family extends their thanks to all of the caring staff at Stone Oak Care Center, especially family friend, Maria "Lulu" Sanchez.
