Estella G. Valdez born December 18, 1936 in San Antonio, TX, died Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at the age of 75.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pedro V. Gutierrez and Concepcion H. Gutierrez, daughter, Belinda Borrego, and son, Robert Borrego.
Estella is survived by her husband, Henry V. Valdez; daughters, Belia Borrego, Teresa Borrego, Esther Smith, Yvonne Garcia, Dolores Calvo and Carolyn Botello; son, Daniel Batt, Jr. She will also be missed by 21 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, and 3 brothers, and her loving 8 year old Chihuahua, Chiquita. She had numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Estella was Co-Pastor for many years at Rios de Agua Viva.
Visitation will begin Thursday, March 1, 2012, at 4:00 p.m. at Porter Loring Mortuary.
