
On Tuesday April 16, 2002, Estelle Garrett Wilson, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother "Tita", went to meet Our Lord whom she loved so dearly. She was born on October 20, 1918 on the family farm in Leesville, Texas. She moved to San Antonio at an early age and graduated from Brackenridge High School. On February 17, 1947 she married O.G. Wilson, Jr., her beloved "Bro". Estelle's life was dedicated to her family and her church. She is remembered as a committed Christian and active member of the Baptist Church all of her life, most recently San Antonio First Baptist Church. Estelle was known to be a sweet, caring, and loving person to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years O. G. Wilson, Jr, and a sister, Ruby Mack. Survived by sons, Gerald Craig Wilson, San Antonio, TX and Scott Thomas Wilson and wife DeeAnn; granddaughters, Amy Elizabeth and Courtney Ann Wilson, Boerne, TX; sister and brother-in-law, Lucille and B.A. Broaddus, San Antonio, TX; sisters, Helen Ruth Hartman, San Antonio, TX, and Hallie Sue Decker, Los Altos, CA.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Lewis B. and Martha Garrett, Dallas, TX, and William D. and Joyce Garrett, Mill River, MA; sister-in-law, Marguerite Wilson Weiss, Temple, TX; brother-in-law, T.L. Mack, San Antonio, TX; numerous nieces and nephews.
