Esther was preceded in death by her husband, Filiberto Olivarez, daughter, Irma Ortega, and grandson Robert Wayne Ortega.
She is survived by her children, Richard Olivarez, Naomi Garcia and husband Robert; grandchildren, Richard Michael Olivarez and wife Robin, Kenneth J. Olivarez, Jeannette Grace Cuevas, Irma Ruth Barrows, Rebecca Ann Romick and husband Phil, Allison Roberts and husband Jerrod; 13 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road San Antonio, Texas 78238 on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. A funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 11:30 A.M. at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home with interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
