Ethan was fiercely loyal, gentle and generous soul. He was so funny, smart, witty and kind. He was a young man, coming into his own and figuring out were he wanted to go in life. Ethan had goals, he was eager to attend school in the fall and he was saving for a car. He passed away too young, with so many possibilities for his future.
Ethan was the happiest baby I have ever met! He was always smiling, a shy and sweet boy. Ethan was born in Wisconsin, but moved when he was 3 years old to Washington State. Being in a Military Family, Ethan moved every few years. From Washington to Rhode Island, then to Virginia and back to Washington State once again, Ethan made each place his home. He made connections with people, and memories with his friends and family that he always cherished.
When Ethan was 11 years old, he moved with his family to San Antonio, Texas. San Antonio is the place that Ethan proudly felt was his forever home. Ethan loved Texas sunsets, Al Pastor tacos and Texas Heavy Metal Music. Ethan was in his element when he was at a metal show. He loved nothing more than to throw down and hit the mosh pit as the music started. Throughout the time that Ethan lived in San Antonio, he made many friends and touched many lives. If you were lucky enough to be his friend, Ethan would truly give you the shirt off of his back.
Ethan was the happiest when he was with his family and his friends. Ethan loved spending time with his nephews, Christian and Kilian and his siblings Emily and Fred. His favorite holiday was Thanksgiving, he couldn’t wait for the smell of the turkey roasting all day. Ethan cherished his friends and the time he spent with them. He was always there to lend a listening ear and hopeful advice. Ethan touched many people’s lives during his short 22 years with us.
He is loved dearly and missed deeply.
