Eunice Fay Garza

Our beloved daughter, mother, grandmother (Mammie), sister, aunt, and friend to all, was unexpectedly called home to be with our Lord on April 6, 2017. Eunice was born in Louisville, Kentucky on April 28, 1956.

Eunice’s greatest love was being with her children and her grandchildren. Eunice was a big fan of the Beatles, knew every song and loved to karaoke to any Beatle song. Each of her children and grandchildren had their own Beatle song that she chose for them. She was also a big fan of Barbara Striesand. She also loved decorating for the holidays.

Eunice is preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Mildred Tomlin, and her brother Paul. She is survived by her mother, Jean Valdez and stepdad Juan Valdez; also the loves of her life, her children, Rhiannon (Brad)Everitt, Rocky (Stacey) Garza, Rainebow Garza (John); her most precious grandchildren, Emerald, Dylan, Bryce, and Rylee. She is also survived by her loving siblings, Ruth Ann (Alfonso), Jean (David), Susan (Jerry), Yvonda, Yolanda (Dave), Erasmus (Theresa), and Lorinda (Mary); her aunts, Geneva (Rene), Wanda; great aunt, Barbara and Dennis Garza, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Heaven has gained a beautiful angel. Eunice will be greatly missed and leaves behind some beautiful and cherished memories. Until we all meet again, Rest in Peace #9.
