Eusebio G. Arocha

Eusebio G. Arocha born on December 16, 1928 in San Antonio, Texas was called to be with the Lord on March 30, 2014 at the age of 85. He was the son of Juan Antonio Arocha and Felipa Garcia Arocha. Eusebio was a graduate from Lanier High School and a soldier in the United States Army, and was a patrolman and detective investigator of the San Antonio Police Department for 34 years. He is preceded in death by his dearly loved brothers and sister--Antonio (Tony) Arocha, Jesus (Jesse) Arocha, Alphonso Arocha, Rogelio Arocha, Juan (Johnny) Arocha, Santiago (Jimmy) Arocha, Ignacio Arocha and Aurora Salazar. He is survived by his beloved wife, Gabina T. Arocha; daughter,Theresa Arocha-Gill, Ph. D and son-in law, Louis C. Gill; son, Robert T. Arocha; also numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Sunday, April 6, 2014 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. A funeral procession will depart from the funeral home on Monday, April 7, 2014 at 9:30 A.M. for a 10:00 A.M. Mass of the Resurrection at St. John Berchmans' Catholic Church. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery No. 2.
