Eva was born in Caldwell, Burleson County, Texas. She attended Caldwell High School and moved to Austin and then San Antonio to work in the accounting profession. She was also a homemaker and loving mother/grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her husband Lt. Col. Erwin J. Carle. She is survived by her sons Steven Goodson (and wife Kimberly) and Robert Goodson; grandson Bradley Goodson (and wife Jennifer); granddaughter Ashleigh Templer (and husband Tyler).
