Lucille was born in Harlingen, Texas where she met her husband, William A Hill, Sr. She lived the majority of her adult life between the Rio Grande Valley and San Antonio, TX. She retired from Toms Peanuts in San Antonio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Hill, Sr.; her daughter, Drusilla Lee Rotreau and granddaughter, Madelyn Christine Sloan.
Lucille is survived by her two children, William A. Hill, Jr. and Ellen Lorraine (Lorrie) Collins; three grandchildren and three great-grandsons; her brother, J. C. Bruton and her sister, Mrs. Bobbie Davlin of Austin, TX.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with a Service at 2:00 p.m. at the Porter Loring North Chapel.
