She is preceded in death by her father, John A. Jaks and daughter, Lisa Rose Clemens. Evelyn was a life resident of San Antonio. Evelyn had a 12 year courageous battle with lung cancer.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Joe Webb; children: John Webb, Paul Webb, Susan Webb; son-in-law, Ronnie Clemens; four grandchildren: Kyle, Kenneth, Megan and Tyler, her mother, Pearl Jaks; brothers: Paul Jaks and wife, Bonnie; Thomas Jaks and wife, Charlene; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and close friends.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the Cancer Therapy and Research Center, South Texas Oncology, and the staff on the eighth floor oncology unit of Methodist Hospital for their professional care and kindness toward Evelyn during her stay.
