Feliciano, also known as Felix or Chano, joined the Army National Guard at the age of 17 and served for 9 years. He would share stories of when he was a sharpshooter and how he was almost called to serve during the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962. He loved music and was part of a band playing the guitar and accordion. He was a welder and could always be found in his workshop at home. He enjoyed making barbeque pits for his family and wagons for his grandchildren. Felix was very proud of his family.
