Fermin Suarez Espino

Fermin Suarez Espino born on January 19, 1925 in San Antonio, TX was called to be with the Lord on March 11, 2014 at the age of 89. He was a World War II U.S. Navy and Air Force Veteran. He had a passion for nature such as, gardening, yard work and fishing. He loved to talk to people. He is preceded in death by his wife, Maria Ofelia Espino. He is survived by children; Cecilia Espino Ardila, Elizabeth E. Cerda, and Fermin T. Espino, Jr.; grandchildren, Elizabeth Marie Ardila, Richard F. Ardila II, Jennifer Marie Furr and Hector E. Cerda, Jr.; great grandchildren, Cristina Marie Boone, James C. Furr, Jr. and Abigail Furr; sisters, Virginia De Leon and Carmen Gutierrez; brothers, Albert Espino and Tony Espino (Patsy); also numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday, March 17, 2014 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00p.m. A Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. John Berchmans’ Catholic Church. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery No.2.
