Mr. De Leon enlisted at age 16 in the U.S. Navy and was a World War II Veteran.
He married Janie in June 26, 1949 and was a loving husband for 61 years.
He is also survived by his daughters, Yolanda Allen, Mary Phyllis Snell, Jane Floydell De Leon and Zina Monica Richards; sons, Vaughn Lewis De Leon, David Marke De Leon and Joh Jay De Leon; 17 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
