Frances Kirchner, age 92, went to be with the Lord on March 19, 2019. She was born in Roanoak, Texas in 1926. Frances was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who loved sewing, cooking and needlepoint.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Theresa Little; her husband, John F. Kirchner; her grandson, Erik Kirchner; several siblings and her dear friend, Donald Henry. She is survived by her children; Douglas Kirchner, Theresa Macintosh and her husband, Douglas, Lawrence Kirchner; her grandchildren, Candice and Sabrina; and her great grandchildren, Grayson and Shyanne; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Boo.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 31st from 2-4:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, April 1st at 9:30 am at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery (Shelter #3). In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Animal Defense League, or the American Heart Association.
