She was born June 22, 1915, in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Frank and Marie Guglielmelli Fristachi.
Frances was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Quaglio.
Frances is survived by her son, Leonard Quaglio, Jr.; grandchildren, Elena Kurtz, Marc Quaglio, Lynda Marlow, Gina Quaglio, Donald Quaglio; great-grandchildren, Khristopher and Michael Kurtz, Hannah, Rebekah, Joshua and Samuel Quaglio.
