Frances was born on December 28, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY to parents, Nicolla Apice and Anita Palumbo Apice. She attended high school in Oradell, NJ and married her high school sweetheart 49 years ago.
Frances became a proud Texan in 1966. She always had a grateful and humble heart and sweet spirit. Frances loved her Lord Jesus.
She was preceded in death by, parents, and sister, Irene Parkoff. Frances is survived by, husband, Anthony Sherwood; daughter, Dawn Lang and husband Michael; son, James Sherwood and wife, Deborah, and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
