Frances Mullen Ward

Frances Mullen Ward entered this life on January 12, 1923 in New York City, born to R. Clyde White and Martha Rose White. Her brother William Clyde White predeceased her. Frances married her college sweetheart Brooks William Mullen MD in Galveston, Texas in 1947; they moved to San Antonio in

1955. They had four children. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree at Incarnate Word University. Ten years after Brooks' death she married Paul Ward who predeceased her. Brooks and Frances had four children.

Frances is survived by son, Brooks Michael Mullen, his wife, Barbara Barth, daughter, Kathryn (Kitty) Rose Mullen, her husband, N. Russell Scott, son, Patrick Joseph Mullen, D.G. Goff, and two grandsons, Brooks Todd Mullen, his wife, Kelley, and Paul Michael Mullen, and his wife, Andrea Mullen. Her daughter, Colleen Mary Mullen Goff and her daughter in law, Linda Snow Mullen, predeceased her. Frances was beloved by her family and friends; she left this life with the peace and grace that marked her life.

A graveside service will be held Saturday March 26, 2016 at Sunset Memorial Park at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the Lupus Research Institute.
