Frances Ramsey Warrick

Frances Ramsey Warrick, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2018. Frances was a long-time covenant partner and Deacon of First Presbyterian Church. She was a Class of 1959 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Frances served her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in every aspect of her life as daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

She served in administrative roles with Alamo Heights schools, cherishing lasting friendships with faculty and students. Ministry roles she treasured include Pre-K Sunday School teacher, FPC Deacon, San Antonio Christian Dental Clinic receptionist, SAISD Reading Buddy and FPC Friday Singer. Her final ministry role was loving her neighbors and caregivers while at Franklin Park Sonterra.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph E. Warrick, Jr.; and her parents, S. David and Frances B. Ramsey.

Frances is survived by her children, Stevens E. Warrick and his wife, Clara, and Ellen W. Meadows and her husband, Michael; grandchildren, Luke Warrick, Maggie Warrick, Benson Meadows, Annie Meadows and Blake Meadows; her brother, S. David Ramsey, Jr.; and cousin, Joseph Chesler.
