Francine Patricia Munster

Francine Patricia Munster, of San Antonio Texas, passed peacefully away in her sleep on April 27, 2022. Fran loved her family more than anything else. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and great friend to many. Fran was born in Jackson, Michigan on January 30, 1968. Fran graduated from Clear Lake High School and attended College of the Mainland. She worked for Boeing Defense & Space Systems at Johnson Space Center, Houston TX. and was loved by her colleagues and co-workers. This is where she met and married her husband Mark G. Munster. Fran is survived by her husband Mark of 16 years; daughter Caroline; parents Patricia and Gerald Matyus; sister Molly Selby; brother in-law Morris Selby; nephews Hayden stepdaughter Amy Merritt; grandchildren Isabella, Noah and Liam Merritt.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Red Cross and/or American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Porter Loring Mortuary West. Family will greet visitors one hour prior to service. For those who are unable to attend, the service will be livestreamed below.Click here to view the memorial service.
