Frank was born on August 31, 1944, at Robert B. Green Hospital and graduated from Sidney Lanier High School in San Antonio.
He proudly served his country as a combat veteran in the United States Army during the Vietnam conflict. Following his military service, he dedicated 30 years to civil service as a Supply and Logistics Manager at Fort Sam Houston.
A devoted family man, Frank cherished time with his loved ones and was a beloved husband to Livier M. Beltran for over 45 years (married on August 25, 1979). He is survived by his wife, his sons, Christopher J. Beltran (Judith) and Jason B. Beltran (Sara); his brother, Fernando Beltran (Elvia); and his cherished grandchildren, Liam, Evan, Anna, and Solomon. He is also survived by numerous extended family members, nieces, nephews, and friends who will remember him with love.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Maria de la Luz Escalera, and his mother, Dominga Beltran.
Frank was a kind, generous, and reliable man who always showed up for those he loved, met everyone with a smile, and loved a good laugh. His legacy of service, strength, and love will be carried on by all who love him. His family is comforted by their faith, knowing he rests in peace.
