

Francisco Castillo, age 80, entered eternal rest on May 20, 2026. He was born on January 28, 1946, and lived a life filled with faith, family, and cherished traditions. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Timotea Compian Castillo; his parents, Domingo and Juanita
Francisco was a devoted member of St. Timothy’s Catholic Church, where his faith remained an important part of his life. He found joy in the simple moments that brought people together. He loved dancing and listening to Conjunto music. He was also a fan of Western movies, especially those starring John Wayne, and enjoyed spending time watching Walker, Texas Ranger. These interests reflected his appreciation for tradition, entertainment, and the moments shared with loved ones.

Francisco leaves behind treasured memories to be carried on by his loving family: his daughter, Sandra Cervera; his grandchildren, Delilah Nicole Cervera and Francisco Castillo II (Vanessa); his great-grandchildren, Sebastian Ximenez, Ivan Ximenez, Maricela Castillo, Maribell Castillo, and Mylaa Castillo; his sister, Margarita Jasso; his brother, Miguel Castillo Sr. (PID Irma Castillo); his dear friend, Josie Trystal along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
Francisco Castillo will be remembered for his love of music, his enjoyment of life’s simple pleasures, and the love he shared with his family and friends. His memory will live on in the stories told, the music played, and the lives he touched throughout his journey.
There will be a Visitation held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with the Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237.
On Wednesday, June 3, 2026 our doors will open at 8:30 am we will then go in procession for an 11:00 am Funeral Mass at St Timothy Catholic Church, 1515 Saltillo St, San Antonio, TX 78207. Followed by burial at San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237.
