Francisco "Frank" Charles

Francisco Charles, lovingly known as “Frank”, passed away Tuesday, April 18,2017 surrounded by family after battling Parkinson’s disease. He was preceded in death by parents, Hijinio and Hortencia Charles, six siblings, and beloved wife Maria. Frank joined the United States Air Force after high school and served faithfully for 25 years. He was stationed in Japan,Okinawa, Greece,and Vietnam. He was passionate about serving his church St. Rose Lima and enjoyed his ministry in leading the Altar servers. He is survived by his daughter Julie,sons, Marco(Monica) and Mario,grandsons: Gabriel,Nicholas, Cristian; granddaughters,Jessica, Lita,3 great-grandchildren, sisters, Esther(Gilbert) and Evangeline, brother Raymond, and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Frank will be greatly missed. The family will receive guests at Sunset Northwest funeral home Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 6p.m. with a 7p.m. Rosary. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, April 27, 2017 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church at 10a.m. with a one-hour visitation prior to Mass.
