He was born and raised in San Antonio and served during WWII in Europe and the African Theater.
Frank met his wife in Germany and was married for 62 years. He was a hard working man who took care of his family and his friends. Frank was a long time member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Greta Ferran; son, Frank Ferran and wife Rosalie; son, Gary J. Ferran; daughter, Jeanette Mize and husband Charles; grandchildren, Chris Horsley, Tyson Horsley, Hugh Ferran and Alysa Mize; sister, Caroline Boney; brother, Michael Fernand.
