He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Joe Hanna, in 2000 and by his great-granddaughter, Hanna, in 1999.
He is survived by his son, James Randy Kramer; daughter, Debbie Downing and son-in-law, Michael Downing; daughter, Donna Hill and son-in-law, Larry Hill. He had seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Frank proudly served his country for four years in the U.S. Coast Guard in World War II, afterwards working for Southwestern Bell for 41 years until his retirement in 1985. He travelled extensively for the next 15 years with his wife prior to her passing.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M., Friday, January 25th, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
