

He was born in Seminary, Mississippi and graduated from the University of Indiana with a degree in Business.
Mr. Napier served as a Major in the Artillery in World War II where he earned a Silver Star and a Purple Heart.
Mr. Napier had a successful CPA practice in El Paso for over 25 years and owned Service Finance in San Antonio.
Mr. Napier was a member and an elder of First Presbyterian Church in El Paso, belonged to the Rotary Club of El Paso and was a member of Kiwanis.
Mr. Napier was preceded in death by his wife, Isabel; his parents, Frank Creed and Ina Floyd Napier; and his sisters, Ruby Odom, Hazel Mauldin, and Ina Ree Blackwell.
He is survived by his son, Charles Napier and wife, Carol; daughter, Marcia Napier and husband, Chuck Bayne; sisters, Vivian Burkhalter, Rachel Shores and Kreed Shamas; six grandchildren, Rebecca and Creed Napier, Jim and Frankie Bayne, and Jenny and Chad Follett.
Mr. Napier will be remembered for his integrity, honesty, quick wit, faithfulness, and concern for his country.
