Frank Ramirez Perez

It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the passing of Frank Ramirez Perez, who entered into eternal rest on September 30, 2025, at the age of 79. Frank was born on April 11, 1946, to Adela Ramirez and Patricio Perez.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Patricio R. Perez, Jr. Frank is survived by his devoted wife, Carmen C. Perez; his daughter, Adela Perez Bernal; stepchildren, Frank Bustamante and Stephanie Bustamante; grandchildren; siblings; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will gather to honor and celebrate Frank’s life during a visitation on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Porter Loring Mortuary, 1101 McCullough Ave., San Antonio, TX 78212. A Rosary will follow at 7:00 PM.

A funeral procession will depart from Porter Loring Mortuary on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 9:00 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:30 AM at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Little Flower, 1715 N. Zarzamora St., San Antonio, TX 78201.

Interment with military honors will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd., San Antonio, TX 78209.

Frank’s memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved him.
