

Frank was born in San Antonio, Texas, to Jesse Joseph Sandoz Sr. and Jennie Ebaben Sandoz on April 11, 1955. He went to school at Saint James Catholic School, finished high school with getting a GED. He went to serve the Army at 17 years of age from 1973 to 1978 in Germany as a crew member for a missile battery and was awarded letters of commendation, a Good Conduct Medal and National Defense Service Medal for his excellent service. He attended Saint Phillips College for his mechanic’s license and worked as a mechanic at Kelly Field for ten years.
Frank is preceded in death by parents; his wife Virginia Ramon Pellot; brothers James and Leroy (wife Beatrice); sisters Evelyn Sandoz, Lois Marie Sandoz and Emma Hix. Sister-In-Law Rosalyn Cookie wife of Rudolph.
Frank is survived by his brothers Jesse Jr. (wife Lorraine) and Rudolph; sisters Alice Sandoz, Claudette Payton, Clarice Thurber and Joan Hartman.
Funeral services will be held March 6th at 10:AM at Fort Sam Houston Cemetery Shelter Number One. At his request he was cremated and his ashes interred at Fort Sam Houston Column Barium. Michael Passmore minister Central Christian will preside.
