She was a retired social worker who worked for State of Texas in all areas of social work from the early 1930's to the 1980's.
Frankie was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, James; children, James Jr. and Elizabeth. Survivors include son, John Stubbs and wife, Pat; daughter, Theodora Stubbs; five grandchildren, Brian, Kimberly, Scott, Karen, and Draconian; one brother, John L Barnes Jr. and one sister, Ruth Matlock.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 27th, from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Porter Loring on McCullough Ave.
