Father to Michelle (Amescua), Fred Allen Jr., Carla (Bertholet) and Craig. Proud "pampa" to Travis, Bobbie (Sissy), Jennifer, Steven, Ashley, Courtney, Paige, Joshua, Trey and Talan. Great- grandfather to Haley, Gavin, Caseton and Riley. Further survived by his sisters, Genevieve Pauline and Betty Jane, nieces, nephews, and friends.
He is joined in death by his parents Edward Albert and Ruby Asalee Minten, and siblings Paralee Francis, Robert Everett, Gracie Mae, Albert Edward, Virginia Lee, and Jimmie Vernon (Sam).
Fred will be fondly remembered by relatives and friends as a hard-headed cowboy who loved a good debate, passionate outdoorsman and hunter, patient and loving teacher to his grandchildren, and proud family patriarch.
Private family services will be held at his home, Saturday, August 16 at 2pm.
