Frederick was born on November 4, 2010 in Mount Jewett, Pennsylvania, to Howard and Gertrude Willman. He graduated in 1949 from Kane High School and then in 1952 he graduated from Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania.
Frederick was in management for Gulf Oil Corporation for 33 years and was a Comptroller for St. Luke's Hospital in Houston, Texas for 4 years. Upon retirement, he served as a Volunteer for Venice Hospital in Venice, Florida and for the United Way.
He was preceded in death by his brother, James Willman; and his parents, Howard and Gertrude Willman.
Frederick is survived by his wife, Joan W. Willman; daughter, Linda W. Lester and husband, John; son, David L. Willman and wife, Elaine; granddaughters, Sara Willman, Alyssa and Kelly Lester; and sister, Marianne Johnson.
