Gary Warren Mr. Beckcom

Gary was born on February 25, 1950 in San Antonio, TX. He graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1968. Gary attended Texas A&M, a proud member of the Corps of Cadets, graduating in 1972 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He had a very strong passion and commitment for his Alma Mater Texas A&M. Gary was a successful businessman as President of LB Industrial Systems for the last 16 years. He was a registered Professional Engineer and held numerous patents for his engineering work. Gary is survived by his children, Lorrie Beckcom, Jody Beckcom (spouse Beth), and Robert Pate (spouse Brooke); and grandchildren, Kaelyn, Sophia, Huxley, and Weston. He is also survived by his mother, Betty Hicks; numerous siblings, nieces and nephews, cousins, and life-long friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Hugh Beckcom. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 1, at 6:30 P.M., at Porter Loring North.
