Genaro Garcia Cuellar

Genaro Garcia Cuellar, born in Menard, Texas on December 02, 1930 was called home to be with the Lord, on July 26, 2016 in San Antonio Texas at the age of 85. Genaro served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, he received an honorable discharge for his four years of service. Genaro retired from William Beaumont Hospital in 1990, in El Paso Texas. He is preceded in death by his loving parents Maria G. & Bacilio D. Cuellar. Genaro was survived by his loving wife of 66 years of marriage, Ester A. Cuellar, his beloved children; Genaro A. Cuellar Jr. (Martha), Daniel Cuellar (Elida), Eduardo Cuellar (Rosa), Debra Becerra (Jorge), Caroline Vera (Richard), Rebecca Valenzuela (Juan), , grandchildren; Andrea, Genaro III, Angelica, Julian, Talia, Jennifer, David, Eduardo Jr., Elias, George, Kathleen, Anthony, Andrea, Angelina, Anna, Isabella, Gabriella, Joshua, great grandchildren; Jacob, Jared, Daniel. Malacy, Caleb, Kyle, Xander, Samuel, Dominic, Penelope, Alex, Celena, Adriana, Faith, Christopher, Jasmine, Nadia, Allyson Samantha, Tabitha and Jonathan. Visitation will begin on Sunday, July 31, 2016 from, 5:00pm to 9:00 pm. at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road with a celebration of life to begin at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Monday, August 01, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. for a 10:45a.m. burial at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road.
