Genevieve Schoen, age 86, my loving Mom, was called to be with the Lord, 28 April 2012. She endured a long battle, with a strong will, determination and independent strength, to overcome her medical complications, but it was Gods will she come to Him. I, as all of you who knew her will truly miss her. She leaves behind her son and daughter-in-law Michael and Marlene Schoen, grandchildren Matthew Hebert, Nanci Schoen, Monte Schwarz Jr., David Schwarz, sister Yolanda Delgado and many great-grandchildren and other family and friends. Visitation will begin Sunday, May 06, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home 226 Cupples Road with a Prayer Service to begin at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home Monday, May 07, 2012 after 9: 00 a.m. Chapel Service. Interment to follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery .
