Ret AF SMSgt George Maurice Adams entered in to eternal rest on Sunday, September 27, 2015 at the age of 85 in Floresville, Texas. He was born to William Samuel and Alice M. Adams in Pikesville, Maryland. He is preceded in death by his parents and son, John Adams. He was proud of his 28 years of military service and serving during the Korean War. After retiring he enjoyed working in the field of real estate for nearly 20 years. George his survived by his loving wife Catherine Adams and daughter Wendy Adams. George was a man that enjoyed life, loved to meet and make new friends where he went and was an avid golfer. A funeral procession will depart Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Monday, October 5, 2015 at 12:45 p.m. for a committal service at 1:15 p.m. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road.
