

After graduation, Billy entered the armed forces March of 1978 and served until October 1983. While is the service he was able to travel to many countries where he enjoyed various sites and cultures. Following his service to the country, Billy began his professional career as a mechanic. He was an avid car enthusiast and enjoyed spending time with his "Buddy's" at car shows and races. His daughter, Jennifer Nicole Sullivan is the love of his life and Billy loved spending time with "Babygirl."
He is survived by his parents, George F. and Mary Anne Sullivan; daughter, Jennifer Sullivan; siblings, Jeanette Zaiontz (Gary), Julia Glenewinkel (Ronnie), Mary Jones (Mike), Michael Sullivan, Kathleen Mitchell (Adam), Robert Ramirez; three nieces; seven nephews; two great-nephews; beloved pup "Phinny" and numerous other family members.
Special thanks to the staff at the CTRC, and the love and care given by Matilda and Daniel Dimas, as well as Patty Ruiz.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 15, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Porter Loring on McCullough Ave.
