Georgiana (Georgia) Fetherolf Cunningham
 
Georgia Fetherolf Cunningham of San Antonio, Texas, age 94, went to be with our Heavenly Father on October 26, 2019. She was born in Tuscola, Illinois on October 1, 1925, to Everett Dewey Fetherolf and Garnet Orlena Plowman Fetherolf. 
 
After graduating high school at 16, she worked to support herself and her mother. She worked for Adlai Stevenson at the Capital, where he became Governor of Illinois. She also lived in Gallipolis, Ohio; Seattle, Washington; California; Albuquerque, New Mexico; El Paso, Texas; and settled in San Antonio, Texas. She went to work at Main Bank, San Antonio, Texas. Sam Cunningham was so immersed by her beauty that he followed her and spoke to her until she said yes to going on a date with him. He was forever hers and she his. They married December 19, 1967. Georgia went on to work at Bexar County Bank as executive assistant to Byron Leflore, being promoted to a Vice President, and on the Board of Directors; and years later retiring to spend time with her grandchildren. 
 
She is preceded in death by her parents, Everett Fetherolf and Garnet Fetherolf; her sisters, Joyce Sandage and Betty Robertson. She is survived by her husband Sam R. Cunningham; Brother Richard Fetherolf. She is also survived by her children, Georgia (Skoshi) Pauline Orena and her husband Robert, Allan Paul English, II and his wife Lynette, Tonya English Jackson, Sam, Jr., and Timothy. 10 grandchildren: Joshua, Ted, III, Jacob, Matthew, Paige, Paul, III, Elizabeth, Shallan, Yvonne, and Nicki. 8 great grandchildren: Alayna, Nahla, Rayana, Caleb, Jaylea, Ted, IV, Jacob Lee, Dax, William, and Clara.
