Gerald graduated from Burbank High School, spent two years at Baylor University and was a life member of Southwest Football Officials Association San Antonio Chapter.
Gerald is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Jean D. Sahm; children, Gerald Keith, Jr., and wife, Sammie of McAllen, TX, and Robert Sahm of Bulverde; special family, Richard and Lona Roll; Granddaughter Sara Beth Sahm, 11 loved grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff at Heartland of San Antonio.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, January 17th at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
