Devoted mother and grandmother Geraldine E. Simpson (retired homemaker), age 90, passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018, in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on May 2, 1928 in Baltimore, Maryland to Lester and Genevieve Forrer.
She was a retired day care provider and volunteered for many years at Northeast Baptist Hospital. Beloved wife of William H. Simpson for 57 years who preceded her in death.
Geraldine (Gerry) is survived by son, Norman Simpson; and daughter, Meredith Simpson. Grandson Desmond Hollister and her brother Robert Forrer of Texas and sister and brother in law Peggy Jean and Calvin Markwood of Colorado.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 13th from 2:00pm to 4:00 pm at Porter Loring Mortuary on McCullough
