Jerry is survived by his loving wife Nancy D Troy; his children, Anne Troy, Regina Yeager, Jerry Jr (Dee) Troy, John (Annette) Troy, Matthew Troy, Michael Troy, and Monica (Jim) Zapapas; his sister Marie McEnroe; his sister-in-law Sister Dolores Duffy; 21 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Marie Troy; his siblings Joe Troy and Nancy Carnevale; his son-in-law Blake Yeager; and his daughter-in-law Janice Troy.
Jerry was born one of four children and losing his dad at a very young age he took on many responsibilities. He became a hardworking, loving, caring and giving individual that has Blessed us all over the years.
Jerry served in the Army during the Korean War and was very proud of his service. He returned home to marry the love of his life Nancy in 1955. They were Blessed with 71 amazing years together. They had seven children. He spent endless hours playing all kinds of sports with us, developing our skills and cheering us on from the sideline. The joy of his life was spending time with family.
Jerry worked as an accountant for many years and later in life with his wife Nancy opened a Real Estate company. With a lot of hard work it became successful.
Jerry had a great faith and love of our Lord that he shared with all his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be dearly missed.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St Mark The Evangelist, 1602 Thousand Oaks Dr, San Antonio, TX 78232, on October 23, 2026, at 9:00 am.
A Graveside Service will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, 17501 Nacogdoches, San Antonio, Texas 78266, on October 23, 2026.
