Gerhard P. Schreiber, age 78, passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2012 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on October 11, 1934 in Germany to Walter & Anna Schreiber. Gerhard is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Martha Schreiber; and brothers, Werner and Ferdinand G. Schreiber. Survivors include his brother, Walter A. Schreiber; sister, Ilse Gremmel; sisters-in-law, Guadalupe Schreiber, Carmen Salas and Carolina M. Hernandez; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will start at 9:00 a.m. with a service to start at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, August 12, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Joe (J.D.) Jorgensen officiating.
