Gilbert Carrasco Jr., born on May 18, 1951, passed away on February 13, 2014. Gilbert was a graduate of Fox Tech High School and worked with Southwestern Bell for 20 years. Gilbert is preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Dominga Carrasco and his brother David Carrasco. Gilbert is survived by; his loving wife, Janie Carrasco; son, Gilbert Carrasco III and his wife Melanie; daughter, Catherine and her husband Carlos Guedea; grandsons, Gavin and Gian; sisters, Helen C. Diaz, Yolanda Klebahn and husband Henry, Patricia Vasquez; brothers, Daniel, Joe Andrew, Carlos and wife Herlinda Carrasco; numerous nieces and nephews, uncle Joe and his wife Mary Carrasco and family from Pasadena. A Memorial Service will be held in Gilbert’s honor on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home from 2:00p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
