Gilbert Joe Rosas

Gilbert is preceded in death by his father Antonio Rosas. He is survived by his loving children: Maygan Rosas and Gavin Rosas; his grandchildren: Christofer, Ethen and his redhead Logen; mother: Dorothy Obiedo-Winters; brother: Mike Rosas and numerous cousins he has keep contact with throughout the years.

Gilbert was a kind loving person who never met a stranger. His life revolved around his family and worked hard to provide them with a wonderful life. He loved to make everyone laugh or smile with his keen sense of humor. He had a heart of gold and loved to help others whenever he could. He was a Metal Head at heart who was often known for his long curly hair and going to Rock shows in his denim vest. Gilbert was loved by so many people and made a positive impact on many peoples' lives. He was a loving son, father and grandfather who will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

A visitation for Gilbert will be held Thursday, December 23, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78238, followed by a rosary at 6:00 PM.
