Glo Snyder passed away Saturday, July 27, 2013. She was born in San Antonio on January 2, 1956. She is survived by her husband, John W. Snyder; daughter, Shelby Snyder; mother, Fidelia Ortegon; mother-in-law, Sharon Snyder; sisters, Laura Campbell, Norma Ortiz and Lisa Robles; nieces and nephews, RyanRose Henarie, AmberRose Ortiz, Sammi Snyder, Ruger Robles and Zak Robles. She was preceded in death by her father, Baltazar Ortegon, and father-in-law, Thomas Snyder. Glo had been employed by the South San ISD, Northside ISD, and St. Luke's Baptist Hospital. She graduated from Trinity University and received her Masters from UTSA. The visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Rd. A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at 6:00 P.M. at Northminster Presbyterian Church, 6800 Tezel Rd., with Rev. Gretchen Schneider and Dr. Robert Weston officiating.
